THE CROW'S NEST

It is the restaurant on the top floor of the Captain Cook Hotel, hence its name of crow's nest. One can logically admire the city through its bay windows. An institution as old as the hotel itself, it offers elegant dining in a wood-panelled decor. King salmon, halibut, Angus beef, only quality meats and fish are prepared here, in the international style. We liked the lamb in its lavender and pistachio crust, with its mint pesto, carrot purée, corn and polenta. As a bonus, a beautiful wine list prepared by a sommelier.
