It is the only youth hostel in Anchorage, a real base camp towards the rest of the country where backpackers from all over the world meet and reconnect while exploring. Good welcome and service, cosmopolitan and warm atmosphere in the lounge with sofas, guitars and the kitchen with a friendly table, pancakes to make yourself, tea and coffee. The dorms are decent with bunk beds, well kept. There is also a private double room with shared bathroom and a field to pitch a tent in the summer. Parking.
