The rooms in this motel are functional and are used for sleeping only. Some have a kitchenette. The service is minimal. It is rudimentary, but it fits the rusticity of the village. Joe Shen, the owner of Chinese origin, established here since 1980, will be able to advise you on the visits to make in the surroundings. The hotel's restaurant is quite affordable and opens at 6am. You can taste the Whittier shrimps. Also on site: a small museum on the military history of the city and a mini-mart.
