A fun concept, this cafe-restaurant open for breakfast and lunch is located in an abandoned blue and yellow Alaska Railway train car. It attracts quite a few people who come here to enjoy bacon, eggs and toast, delicious smoked pork sandwiches, the house specialty with a green chili sauce. The few tables are quickly filled and there is often a wait. To accommodate more people, the Smoke Shack has gone into "food truck" mode with counter service and outdoor tables as well.
