State campground, with cold water, dry toilets, firewood and hiking trail, next to a river in Seward.
Located 10km before Seward, this state campground offers only 15 sites in a beautiful setting. The facilities are rustic and you will only have cold water and dry toilets, but also wood for your campfire and a grill. The river right next to it offers a beautiful show of wriggling salmon in season (late July-late August). There is also a 3.4 mile hiking trail from the campground to Ptarmigan Lake
