Small aquarium with an unobstructed view of Resurrection Bay as a research laboratory

This small aquarium is a research laboratory which, in order to raise funds, has opened its doors to the general public. Seals, sea lions, seabirds (puffins, shearwaters) as well as the fish present in Alaska can be seen there. The center has set up an emergency call number for residents to report injured otters, allowing the animals to be treated before being released. Best with children or on bad weather days, but expensive for the visit. Clear view on the Resurrection Bay.

Despite a price that may seem high if you visit the sealife centre in family children will not be disappointed: you will find here the main marine species (moderate size obviously) and birds Alaska: puffins, puffins, lions, seals, starfishes, small jellyfish and all sorts of fish. In addition, erected emergency call number so that the inhabitants bring back the otters wounded to central what allows the animals to be neat before being breaks.
