COOPER LANDING MUSEUM
Original museum with old objects and photographs of inhabitants of the city with an articulated skeleton of a brown bear
A modest little museum is housed in two old buildings: a grocery store from the 1920s and an old school from the 1950s. It presents the history of the town through old objects and photographs of the inhabitants of the town, including tools for digging and searching for gold, as well as instruments that belonged to Dr. Romig, who was born in 1896 and died in 1980! Utensils and everyday objects retrace the life of the hamlet: mail, school... Also: an original articulated skeleton of a brown bear.
