Restaurant serving good dishes that honour seasonal products.
What a nice surprise! It must be said that we did not expect, within the walls of the educational farm of the Chèvre-Rit, to find a restaurant... This has been the case since December 2018 with Les Tables (an effective name, everyone will agree), opened under the leadership of the young chef Jérémy Julien. Before moving on to the proposals, we cannot ignore the place: huge stone walls, beams and the whole in an impressive calm, this farm building, thus converted, imposes itself! On the side of the dishes, only good: we make it a point of honour to work with seasonal products, starting with farm cheese of course, but also to find local producers, in order to have nice little dishes. This results in a mozzarella puff pastry, a risotto with langoustines, a duck leg with cider... to fall for! The desserts are in line with this. No discussion possible, it’s very successful.
