It is an experienced local chef, Alexandre Gournay, who passed by the hotel school of the city, then by Norway, Bulgaria and some local restaurants and who is in charge of this establishment, with his wife Boryana. Here, the products are local, the cooking is tasty and homemade (is it necessary to say it), the meats are cooked exactly as they should be - over a wood fire - and the fish is exquisite. The quality/price ratio is good, which makes the place a must-visit in Northern Monaco. A good and smart address as we like them!
