Un petit déjeuner au top pour démarrer une journée de balade, avec un personnel très sympathique.
Incidents trop fréquents (ascenseur permettant l’accès à la plage hors service depuis plusieurs mois, rideaux défectueux, pomme de douche qui fuit, distributeur à savon vide, mise en service intempestive de la tv en pleine nuit, baie vitrée s’ouvre pas grand vent, j’en passe).
Manque de professionnalisme, d’autonomie et d’initiative du personnel livré à lui-même.
Un établissement qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles et qui entâche l’image du @groupeaccor.
