Unique, the Roc des Curiosités now exhibits over 2,000 specimens and objects. With four different worlds to explore, you'll be guided through 20 stages of discovery by a guided tour and a welcome booklet. This "parcours de curiosités" is designed to showcase the collections to their best advantage. A butterfly garden features a wide range of species from every continent. Its walls are the setting for paintings by Guillaume Masson, and are well worth a look. Next, you'll pass through the mineral palace, a veritable masterpiece where various representations are presented in this form. The shell fairyland, next, will fill your eyes with sculptures and creations using 3 tons of coral! Last but not least, the aquarium remains the centerpiece of the facility, with its multicolored fish and shellfish from our coasts, whose meals, three times a day, are a spectacle in themselves. Last but not least, the place also offers a variety of one-off events, exhibitions and workshops for young and old alike. A tea room and small restaurant on the terrace, overlooking Granville Bay, make for a pleasant end to the visit. Bottom line: kids love it here, and everyone will appreciate the setting, the originality and the plurality of what's on offer. The boutique is very nice, and rounds off an equally nice visit.

La partie collection d'insecte était intéressante. Les parties avec les coquillages et les minéraux étaient originales (bien qu'un peu kitsch).
Cependant la partie avec les aquariums était plus que décevante. Il y avait des bassins sales, à moitié vides. Un certain nombre de bassins ne contenaient pas du tout les espèces indiquées sur les affiches au-dessus, mais des espèces de poissons quelconques, déjà vus dans les précédents bassins.
Et surtout, il y a un gros manque d'entretien de ces aquariums : il y avait une tortue d'eau morte, en train de se faire manger par ses congénères. Elle était dans cet état depuis plusieurs heures, vu la quantité de chair qu'il lui manquait.
Bref, très déçus.

J’ai réservé 2 places en lignes sur le site pour 18h, et en arrivant on me refuse l’entre car le musée est fermé.
On me propose de revenir demain, mais n’étant que de passage nous devions partir le lendemain. On me fournit donc une adresse mail pour demander un remboursement, que l’on me refuse !
Désormais, on m’ignore, malgré mes relances !
