He produces his own flour with the wheat he grows and, for a few months now, Thomas Leconte, "paysan biscuitier", has taken a further step by opening his own shop in Granville, called Les Délices d’autrefois. A particularly good name since the flavours of yesteryear come back to your taste buds when you taste one of his shortbread, waffles, pancakes and breads. The reason? De très bons sablés, qui se mangent sans faim ! Bien épais, ils ne laissent pas une sensation de gras en bouche, au top !

Nous avons acheté un pain aux graines. Il avait très bon goût mais pas assez développé. La mie n'était pas très aérée. Très agréable accueil.

Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse les sablés sont excellent la brioche au beurre une tuerie..nous habitons agon coutainville nous venons souvent à granville faire les magasins nous passerons à chaque fois chez vous..et encore merci pour le petit pain offert...bonne FÊTE de fin d'année a toute l'équipe
