He produces his own flour with the wheat he grows and, for a few months now, Thomas Leconte, "paysan biscuitier", has taken a further step by opening his own shop in Granville, called Les Délices d’autrefois. A particularly good name since the flavours of yesteryear come back to your taste buds when you taste one of his shortbread, waffles, pancakes and breads. The reason? Beyond the products, obviously organic, the recipes used are exactly the same as those of the past. To discover imperatively!
