He produces his own flour with the wheat he grows and, for a few months now, Thomas Leconte, "paysan biscuitier", has taken a further step by opening his own shop in Granville, called Les Délices d’autrefois. Bonjour nous sommes passés à votre commerce ce matin pour la première fois
Nous avons acheté un petit pain épautre à 5€
Pas de trancheuse un pain pas cuit difficile à couper et à digérer
En le coupant une couche de ce pain non cuit collé sur le couteau
Très déçu et très cher on ne fera pas parti de vos clients
