Opening in September 2023, this brand-new restaurant aims to be lively, epicurean, local and open to all. What does this mean in practice? First, with a warm welcome and expert service! Then, on the plate, with finely-cooked dishes that give pride of place to local produce and skilfully revisited recipes. Char, for example, is gently cooked and melts in the mouth: delicious!
