In Tampere's covered market, the Eurolohi restaurant is a veritable institution, well known to the locals who come here every lunchtime for a salmon dish. Because the specialty of this (very small) 100% local chain is salmon. And fresh, please! Whether on a burger, in soup, grilled, in a salad or in tacos, there's something for everyone (and even a children's menu, that's saying something).
