Il a été très facile de louer une voiture chez Europcar. Le personnel était très agréable, il nous a fourni des explications très clair lors de la récupération du véhicule. Aucun souci de frais supplémentaires. Le véhicule était comme neuf et très bien équipé (pneus neige, gps, caméra de recul, sièges chauffants...) alors que nous avions réservé le plus basique des véhicules. Au retour il a été très facile et rapide de restituer le véhicule, il nous a suffit de déposer les clés dans une boîte au comptoir Europcar, c'était parfait pour ne pas perdre de temps avant de prendre l'avion. Nous avons eu aucunes surprises ensuite par rapport à l'état des lieux de la voiture qui a été fait sans notre présence du coup. Europcar nous a envoyé le lendemain l'état des lieux de restitution validé.

We took full insurance and in general were happy with the service! Somehow I accidentally booked the car in the city center instead of the airport and Europcar solved the problem quickly. We took the keys fast and returned them in the middle of the night just by dropping the keys in the box. Car parking for rental cars was also nearby. The only thing I didn't like is the car, Skoda doesn't feel to be good for these cold conditions and was a bit buggy, though we got an absolute new car. So this is not the Europcar's fault, more Skoda's. In general I'm happy I chose Europcar in Rovaniemi (e.g. I was disappointed with Europcar in Norway so was super careful but here you don't need to worry, excellent staff and good service!).

Voleurs, véhicule type citadine rendu avec la moitié du carburant. Je suis ok pour payer la différence mais ils m'ont débité 110 € soit 4,89€ le litre d'essence !!!
