Small hotel with swimming pool and bar with good value for money, in the heart of Getsemaní, with 2 luxury suites and double rooms

A small hotel in the heart of Getsemaní that should be booked well in advance because the rates are very reasonable. It is not the great luxury that you can find in the boutique hotels, but you feel good. The colonial era house has a contemporary decor, including two luxury suites and double rooms. The rooms are spacious and the comfort is impeccable. Swimming pool, pool table, bar, bicycle rental. The typical breakfast is good and the staff always available, while being discreet. A good value for money.

Reservamos meses antes, quando chegamos no hotel ele era totalmente diferente das fotos, sem manutenção. Piscina sem água e não iriam encher durante nossa estadia.
Quartos sem janela, mofado, com várias infiltrações, barata no quarto e sem água quente.
Único ponto positivo eram os funcionários que eram bem educados e quando pedimos para cancelar a reserva eles aceitaram tranquilamente.
O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente!

Un poco frustrante la experiencia, las fotos son completamente diferentes a la realidad, al llegar te encuentras con unas rejas que parecen barrotes de una cárcel, nos llevaron a una habitación en un altillo, que se sentía algo parecido a una palomera. Las paredes estaban con humedad, pintura desquebrajada y cayéndose, y el piso estaba forrado con con un tapiz el cual estaba roto, el baño no era para nada agradable, la puerta de este estaba suelta y no cerraba bien, el aire acondicionado parece una matraca. La piscina no estaba en servicio y al preguntar por ella dijeron que la habilitaban Domingo o Lunes o Martes. Para completar esta maravillosa experiencia, El personal de recepción nos indicó que el desayuno se servía entre 8:00 am a 10:00 am, al proceder a tomar el desayuno a las 9:30 am, nos indican que el horario era de 7:00 am a 9:00 am y que ya no había nadie en la cocina, por lo cual procedieron a darnos un plato de caldo de costilla y 2 panes con café. En ese momento y luego de poco más de 12 horas, decidimos salir del lugar dejando perder las otras 2 noches por las cuales habíamos pagado. Espero pronto puedan corregir o actualizar su servicio a lo que prometen

Sweety casas is ideally located (a few minutes from the historic center or the hotels 2 to 3 times more expensive), the rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom and cleanliness is impeccable.
Sweety casas is a haven of peace, rest long walks in this wonderful city that is a real open-air museum, not surprising that it is listed UNESCO heritage...
A strong point of this charming Hôtel Boutique is the team Casa Sweety which offers a real personal service, because it is still very attentive to super advice for outings restaurants and excursions. Indeed, it is also the perfect place to organise these travels, because they have good plans for the islands rosaires or visit other sights. The advantage is that they have all over, while negotiating with different travel agencies to get the best rates and arrange even organize trips, which avoided me paying a high price. Thanks to the team, I Casa Sweety benefited from the swimming pool and the terrace for sunbathing while they organised various tours that were offered me, which comfort when you are on holiday to relax and not be served head. Thank you still with all the girls!
So I highly recommend Casa Sweety, even if the great risk to want to stay longer than due; -)
