This community-based tourism agency proposes the discovery of this region with its extraordinary landscapes, with its dose of adventure due to the isolation and the climate, while paying special attention to the people who live there. Paola Forero and her team take travelers on off-the-beaten-track tours, to meet the Wayúu and other Amerindian communities, in their cosmogonies, rituals, traditions, but also by explaining the social and environmental impact of mining activities (coal, gas, salt...).

The tour agency didn't inform us aswell with the conditions for sleeping. There were rooms available instead of hammocks but they didn't tell us that. Everything was organised to make you pay for any extras you wanted to have. And watch out for the different agencys. They charge you for the same tour with a lot of different prices!
The tour is more about beeing driven through the area with some spots to stop, then anything else.
