Взяв квитанцию об оплате с указанной суммой, я обратился в службу поддержку Booking, они подтвердили что отель меня обманул. Они оштрафовали отель и вернули мне на банковскую карту переплаченную сумму в троекратном размере. Так что если вас тоже обманули в этом отеле, то обязательно возьмите квитанцию об оплате (которую они по закону обязаны выдать), и обратитесь с жалобой в службу поддержки Booking!
It is not polite to write your review like this, especialy when you are not right and we didn't charge you nothing more that need to be charged.
You paid online your acomodation and touristic taxes are not included when you pay online so need to pay in hotel.
We are here to make comfortable stay to all our guests and we are not trying to cheat anyone.
