ST. PETER'S CHURCH
Go there and contact
This church houses a whale bone, the most unusual ex-voto in the region.
It was built between the 12th and 19th centuries. The square bell tower with four gables gives it a lot of character, and an unusual appearance in the local religious landscape. Inside is the most unusual ex-voto of the region... a whale bone! But what was the name of the Whale before an explorer brought this bone back from one of his voyages? Nobody seems to know today. Finally, before entering the building, you will notice the profession of faith of Marie Le Ballenoys, which dates from 1609.
