A small brasserie located on a small square a stone's throw from the Place du Marché, offering a handful of tables in a brick-lined, vaulted cellar with a hushed ambience. The menu doesn't offer a multitude of dishes, but a few meat or fish specialties with the same accompaniment for everyone. Here, the house specialty is obviously pigeon grilled in the famous Josper Brasa coal-fired oven, in an open kitchen where chef Pedro is hard at work, as well as other recipes such as Flemish rabbit with brown beer.
