French-Belgian cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Bruges offering seasonal menus and international wines.

Behind its facade lies a real culinary gem. Chef Christophe combines simple ingredients with a healthy and delicate cuisine. The emphasis is on freshness, finesse, quality and balance of flavours. Inspired by Franco-Belgian cuisine, the dishes are concocted from the open kitchen which overlooks some fifteen tables. Indeed, Christophe has nothing to hide since everything is homemade by him. The menu changes with the seasons, always generous with fresh fish, tender meats, regional dishes and international wines. Terrace in summer.

Excellent! On y reviendra!
