For nearly 30 years, De Koetse has been a reliable partner in Bruges, with a very professional service. At its head, the Vanderyse-Coppens couple welcomes you to a rustic and warm room. The smell of grilling on a wood fire, the house's specialty, tickles the nostrils as soon as you walk through the door. The menu offers a beautiful choice of well-prepared dishes: lobster or Italian-style prawns and many specialities offered for a constant rediscovery, such as Flemish beer carbonnade.
