This Michelin-starred restaurant offers a warm, modern setting, in which Chef Ruige takes you into his world of divinely blended world cuisines, with flavors from Asia, particularly Japan. At lunchtime and early evening, the chef offers tapas and affordable dishes. In the evening, it's a typically Hong Kong cuisine that you can enjoy: creative interpretations of ceviche, sashimi or dim sum, crispy duck salad or grilled wagyu.
