The new boutique hotel in Minnewater Park has a restaurant that is very popular with Bruges residents. The setting is fantastic, in the calm of the greenery and the freshness at noon or by candlelight in the evening. In the evening, the menu is contemporary, with light salads, ceviches, gambas a la plancha and some specialties like a delicious (and copious) Vispannetje (salmon cassolette with mashed potatoes and shrimp bisque). A menu of cold and hot gourmet tapas completes the lunch and dinner menu. The cocktails and wines are very elaborate.
