T'MINNEWATER
Mussels, duck breast, sweetbreads, pancakes in a restaurant and brewery in Bruges near the lake of love.
For the past six years, Stefaan Lakiere has been in charge of this restaurant-brasserie, ideally placed between the departures of carriages, the Beguinage and Minnewater, the lake of love. The authentic interior does not fit with the environment, which is conducive to walking. Consisting of two floors, this place can accommodate up to 110 guests. On the menu, a classic map where the mussels hold pole position, followed by duck magret, ris of calf and bouillabaisse; pancakes, waffles and ice creams share the line of desserts. And as the house looks at everything, the toilets are accessible to disabled people and chairs for children are available.
