DE STOVE
Homemade seafood and stewed meats in an intimate restaurant in Bruges.
This intimate restaurant has only about 20 seats. It is the old cast iron stove that sits in front of the fireplace that gave it its name. On the menu, specialities declined according to the catch of the day, meats simmered in sauce. We like to point out that everything here is homemade, in the greatest Flemish gastronomic tradition. For example, a monkfish fillet with candied cherry tomatoes and turnip purée or cherry beer pork days with chicory, croquette and cooked pear is a treat. Don't forget to make a reservation.
