Ribs 'n Beer has made a name for itself in the medieval city for many years. The concept? You choose your ribs (pork chops) 'at will' and accompany them with a good Belgian beer. We suggest the chef's ribs, grilled in the traditional Flemish way, wrapped in a tasty sauce and served with coleslaw (coleslaw) and potatoes. You will have trouble finishing the first plate because it is so copious, but don't hesitate to ask for more, that's the concept! Don't forget to reserve, the room is often full.

Papilles sensible prenez sauce bière chocolat, ou barbecue, ou ce que vous voulez, il y a du choix dans les sauces et les bières.
C'est petit, c'est complet tout le temps, réservation plus que conseillée, je dirais obligatoire !!! Sinon, ben vous ne mangerez pas là... Car c'est très, très fréquenté et pas grand du tout. Ambiance chaleureuse et accueil au top, l'adresse pour manger "pas cher" (faut relativiser) à Bruges...
