BISTRO KOK AU VIN
Restaurant in Bruges offering excellent value for money and a lunch for small budgets.
A gourmet stop is a must in this bistro where you can work on the contrasts as well as the colours of the gastronomy. Guests slip under one of the simply set and very subtly Japanese tables, and we open the ball. The staff is smiling as they serve mouth-watering dishes. No more than a handful per category, to favour seasonal ingredients and freshness. Like this combination of pollock, Tom khan kai sauce, carrot and turnip or the very successful classic coq au vin and its garnish. For smaller budgets, opt for the lunch that offers you a half-menu as fine as it is hearty and all at a very reasonable price.
