ASSIETTE BLANCHE
Tapas, French and creative cuisine in a restaurant in Bruges offering biodynamic and Belgian wines.
Stefaan, after a good experience on the coast in Blankenberghe, decided to settle in Bruges, with his wife and sommelier. His French cuisine is refined, the menu creative and renewed every two months. Customers fall for the "smeus", a potato mousseline with grey shrimp, perfect egg and hazelnut butter. Wood panelling and cosy atmosphere. Small tapas portions available as "half starters", to share with friends. As for wines, a number of suggested vintages accompany the menus, some of them biodynamic and/or Belgian.
