Youth hostel in Bruges offering apartments for rent, dormitories, bar and restaurant.

This youth hostel offers a very friendly atmosphere and welcome. The dormitories of 4 to 16 beds (one of which has 6 beds for girls) and the shared showers are clean and everything is functional. Unbeatable prices for double rooms in the center (with shared or private bathroom). In high season, the atmosphere is friendly but rather noisy. There is also a nice bar on the first floor and a restaurant next door. Bicycles are available for rent to ride like the locals.

Réservation pour groupe. Le premier soir tout va bien. Chambres corrects. Le lendemain, la manager a tout simplement été infecte et malhonnête. Repas réservés et payés par l agence et non servi pour 10 min de retard le soir (arrivée à 19h45 au lieu de 19h30) et pas servi du tout le matin ( petit déjeuner à 7h00, trop tôt! Pas avant 8h00, alors que par téléphone avec la agence, pas de soucisbc est possible!) Le soir sans repas, le staff est rentré chez lui, on ne peut pas manger les pizzas prévues. Obligés de trouver une solution d urgence à 20h30 avec 80 enfants de 14-15 ans. Nous rentrons à 22h, et surprise, des pizzas sont servis aux clients de l auberge...le staff est revenu? Les pizzas ont été payées deux fois? Un des employés nous explique que la cuisine ferme à 22h-22h30..alors que la manger nous dit que tout le monde est parti à 19h30...un honte. A fuir pour les groupes.

Chambres correctes, odeur d égout dans les couloirs.

4 of us stayed for two nights and it was perfect- location is slightly out of city centre but only by a 5-10min walk, which was good as it wasn’t too loud at night. we stayed in a 16-person room and everybody kept to themselves, the check in and check out staff were lovely, and the bar downstairs had an amazing atmosphere with really nice staff!

Es perfecto, muy bien situado, bien precio, las instalaciones están limpias y muy cómodas, estuve con unas amigas y nos pusieron. A todas juntas, el ambiente del bar que tienen en muy bueno.
