Parkrestaurant is a restaurant located in Bruges. It offers traditional cuisine and focuses on the basics of cooking rather than gastronomy. Wines are adapted to the dishes on offer, with young, easy-drinking, fruity wines in the style of Pays d'Oc and Gascogne wines. You can also choose from a selection of beers to accompany the dishes. The all-inclusive menu is served for the whole table and cannot be shared. The restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes, such as a crispy mushroom and spinach tart in garlic sauce, and a selection of desserts, such as chocolate mousse and crème brûlée.

Abseits des Touristengewimmels in einer alten Villa mit hohen Decken und Stuck.
Alles gerade so "vornehm", dass man sich noch mit Alltagskleidung 'reintraut. Innen aber lockere, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Sehr gut abgestimmtes, sehr schmackhaftes 4-Gänge- Menu mit guter Auswahl.
Z.B.: (ein gebeiztes, sehr zartes Streifchen Lachs mit Meerrettich-creme als "amuse bouche")- eine pate de foie-gras mit Feigenkompott und frisch gebackenem Brot-ein Filet vom Heilbut mit einer sehr leckeren Sauce und passenden Gemüsen-eine "tarte tatin" in Form eines Talers.
Die Weinkarte enthielt für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit. Leider hat dieses wunderschöne Restaurant nur an wenigen Tagen geöffnet. Wir überlegen ernsthaft, unsere nächste Reise nach Brügge so zu legen, daß wir mindestens zweimal dort essen gehen können.
p.s.: der Besitzer und auch ein Mitarbeiter sprechen fließend deutsch.
Parkplätze sind genügend vor dem Haus zu finden.
