Excelente Hotel, muy bien ubicado, limpio, y con todo lo necesario, la atención de Asmina, fue excelente, me hizo sentir como en casa, atenta en todo momento, y habla muy bien el español, definitivamente una excelente bienvenida, por remodelación, no había desayuno en el hotel, pero nos dieron el desayuno en otro hotel, nos ofrecieron el transporte, pero me moví sin problema caminando, lo recomiendo.

We’re a family of 7 ???? with kids ranging from 2-16 and it’s normally not too easy to find a reasonable spot for us where everyone is happy. However this one saved me a bunch of karma points with my teenagers as well as my wife with the smaller ones. A ground floor apartment with a handful of very rare front of the door parking spaces, three separate double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a pantry kitchen. All of this comes with an excellent reception service by Susana & her team plus a very comfy & well serviced breakfast. My feedback is never paid, sponsored or otherwise supported, just simply straight forward and mostly when it’s either very good or very bad ????. This stay was honestly “simply perfect”! Thanks a lot and continue to keep it up folks!

I made a reservation at this hotel. They sent me to another one. My train from Paris was canceled due to bad weather. I asked for cancellation but they didn't accept it. Be very careful with this hotel. They don't have the slightest empathy or respect for people. They must be in a very bad situation to take the guests' money.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms for a family stay. You should try their breakfast.

On the negative side, our room's heating system for a winter stay was not enough. We did not appreciate staying in the annex building as we needed to have a short walk with a baby in cold weather.

If you plan to park in a parking lot nearby, keep in mind that it may be full on holidays and busy hours. So you need to park in other further parkings such as Zilverpand (still in walking distance).

We had a quadruple room which was spacious, clean and had nice toiletries. The hotel was quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was excellent with it only being a short walk to the main square. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. They offered hot options of eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and beans as well as your continental breads, pastries, meats cheeses and yogurts. Breakfast tea and coffee was served at your table in lovely silver teapots. The reception staff were knowledgeable and were able to offer local recommendations. On one of our rainy days the hotel even offered the use of umbrellas! Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are spacious, but they aren't very clean. Our room had various stains on the bedding (which they did change), rather interesting stains on the chairs and the bathtub definitely shows its age with some grey/browning.

It's not worth the price or the star rating. If it was listed as 2 or (at a stretch 3) then you'd expect what one gets.

Très bel hôtel on ne peut mieux situé à 200 M de la Grand-Place. Parking de l'hôtel plein mais sans importance : le parking public est à deux pas. Chambre au calme sur une cour intérieure et petit déjeuner copieux. Tarif en conséquence .
