Stunning little hotel this. Smells and looks beautiful and the staff are very attentive and lovely. Little features like messages, welcome bubbles and chocolate are a very nice touch.

Gezellig en prachtig hotel.
Het was net gerenoveerd en we kregen verschillende cadeautjes: chocolaatjes, koekjes en een gratis glaasje champagne of andere drankje naar keuze.

Ontbijt was wel wat prijzig, maar zeker de moeite waard. Heel uitgebreid en super lekker.

De kamer was heel gezellig en de badkamer was verzorgd.

Our favorite stay during our trip to Europe. Common areas are so cozy and inviting. Breakfast was amazing and don’t forget to have a drink in the lounge. Room was the perfect mix of old world charm and renovated. Definitely recommend staying here when in Bruges.

Ένα από τα πιο όμορφα ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε επισκεφτεί! Βγαλμένο από παραμύθι με το προσωπικό να μας υποδέχεται με ζεστασιά και χαμόγελο! Είναι απο τα πιο pet friendly καταλύματα που έχουμε επισκεφτεί! Τον Smiley τον περίμεναν λιχουδιές στο δωμάτιο???? αλλά και το προσωπικό αγαπαει πολύ τα ζωάκια και το έδειχναν κάθε μέρα! Το πρωινό ήταν πεντανόστιμο και πολύ κομψά στημένο!Επισης κάτι που βρήκαμε πολύ όμορφο, είναι ότι μπορούσαμε να φάμε πρωινό έχοντας το κατοικίδιο μαζί μας, αφού ο χωρος του μπουφέ διαχωρίζεται με του Lounge και έτσι μπορουσαμε να απολαύσουμε το ίδιο βολικά και χουχουλιαρικα το πρωινό μας στον χώρο του Lounge!Το κάθε δωμάτιο είχε και μια ονομασια και αναλόγως το θέμα είχε και τα αντίστοιχα χρώματα!Οι λεπτομέρειες κάνουν τον πρωταθλητή! Το δωμάτιο από άλλη εποχή , υπέροχα διακοσμημένο, καθαρό ζεστό και άνετο! Μες την ντουλάπα υπήρχαν έξτρα μαξιλάρια διαφορετικού τύπου και κουβερτουλες!Υψηλης ποιότητας Καφετιέρα και μαύρο τσάι! Ψυγειακι με διαφορά αναψυκτικά και σαμπάνια! Το μπάνιο ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό!Στο check out μας ρωτήθηκε εάν θελουμε νεράκι για το ταξίδι και και μας εδωσαν μπισκοτάκια !!Νιώσαμε άνετα και αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικό!Σας το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα!Συνεχιστε έτσι παιδιά! Καλές γιορτες ✨

While I did not stay at the hotel when in Bruges, I did spend a lovely afternoon there for their amazing tea service. I would highly recommend visiting them for the tea alone.

A short break and the hotel is in an ideal location superb service and a very good breakfast. Our Room was very comfortable with a very good en suit plenty of hot water and a great shower.

Firstly, you’ll feel the warm welcoming right from the first moment. The first impression is guaranteed to be of high standard and pleasant.
The reception team were attentive to details and I was closely guided as how to find my way to park my car in their parking facility, which is walkable in about few minutes, and reachable within about 200 meters.

The room is spacious and nicely decorated with the themes of old centuries. The wooden floored room provided unique feeling and the overall experience was favorably memorable.

Thanks to the hard working team. Their devotion was evident and notable.

As long as they hold to this high standard, I’ll repeat my stay in this great hotel whenever am back to this nice city.
