Verschrikkelijk hotel, oud en aftands veel kapot en versleten, geen ontbijt hoewel het op hun website stond , eigenaar was blijkbaar niet op de hoogte van onze komst want alles was gesloten en niet verlicht, enige pluspunt is de ligging van het hotel

Echt triestig , zonde van ons geld!
Deur gesloten bij aankomst.
Je mag betalen en dan zie je niemand meer.
Klantonvriendelijk, geen ontbijt beschikbaar, de douche in erbarmelijke staat, wc loopt standvastig door, schuifdeur van badkamer kon niet sluiten bij gebrek aan handvat.

Sconsigliato. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e non hanno pulito la camera né il bagno. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare perché era finita la carta igienica e hanno portato solo quella senza pulire la stanza o il bagno. Lavandino otturato, doccia usciva poca acqua. Ambiente vecchio, moquette sporca emanava cattivo odore.

A única estrela é dada a localização! Paredes imundas, com mofo, serviço de quarto inexistente, banheiro minúsculo! As fotos enganam, porque o banheiro parece muito maior! Não recomendo.

Hôtel à fuir. Une personne ne parlant ni anglais ni français à la réception (petit comptoir en bois) pour nous donner les clés et nous demander les taxes de sejours. Puis plus personne. Pour accéder aux chambres il y un escalier très raide. Chambre vétuste. Poignées de portes et fenêtres cassées. Draps tachés. Traces de verre sur la table de chevet qui se disloque.Odeurs d'égouts. Chambre mal insonorisée on peut participer aux conversations des voisins. ..pas de petit déjeuner car la salle en manger est close ..un hôtel fantôme...rien à voir avec les photos du site de l'hôtel.

Quite cheap for it's very central location especially if you're looking to party with many clubs/bars/cafe's either across the street or within a few minutes walk. That being said the hotel has definitely seen better days with especially the bathrooms needing some renovation.

Si vous souhaitez gâcher votre séjour a Bruges allez dans cet hôtel qui est une catastrophe. La propreté y est absente preuve en photo. Nous n'avons pas osez nous doucher pendant deux jours tellement que les joints de la douche etaient encrasés. Des cheveux sur le lit sur la housse de matelas précisément. Aucune réception existante et personne ou gérant aimable comme une porte de prison. Vous êtes s seul avec un hotel degeu et bruyant et mal isolé a 159 euros deux nuits !!!! Deux nuits ou nous n' avons pas pu dormir grâce aux vomissements, aux toux aux ronflements de nos voisins et egalement au bruit extérieur entre des gens bourres et une discothèque au bruit inscessant jusqua 5 heures du matin. Un veritable enfer. L'atmosphère du lieu est ultra déprimante avec des escaliers étroits et sombre. Nous avons été dérangés par nos voisins ivres qui nont pas hésité a frapper a notre porte a 4h du matin avec insistance . Je nai jamais vecu cela de ma vie dans un hôtel de ma vie. Fuyez fuyez.

Une honte, une catastrophe ! payer 159€ pour deux jours avec cet état déplorable de l'hôtel... A éviter ! Très mal reçus avec aucune réception, une personne est arrivée après avoir sonné à la porte, elle ne savait même pas utiliser l'appareil à CB, l'escalier est super dangereux et abrupt, les cloisons sont bien trop minces impossible de dormir

Tylko lokalizacja jest w stanie utrzymywać ten ala "hotel".......
Pokoje z lat 90 i od tamtej pory zero inwestycji.... wykładziny brudne, poplamione.
Obsługa ???? szkoda gadać.

Ottima posizione, ma non vicinissimo alla stazione, molto economico, stanza pulita ma coperte sporche, scalini ripidi e stretti.
Però mi sento di consigliarlo.

Χωρίς ρεσεψιόν, μόλις φτάσαμε ένας ευχάριστος κύριος μας έδωσε τα κλειδιά μας κατατόπισε σχετικά με την διαμονή και τον ξανά είδαμε το τελευταίο απόγευμα που χαζεύαμε τους πίνακες που υπήρχαν στον χώρο. Παλιό σπίτι που κάποτε υπήρξε και εστιατόριο, χωρίς ασανσέρ και οι σκάλες σαν καραβιού, στενές και απότομες. Απλό καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Μειονέκτημα η έλλειψη ασανσέρ.

Could this be the worst hotel in Belgium? I dont think you can even call it a hotel. There is no staff, other than the brief appearance (and even faster disappearance of the so called manager) The so called bathroom is covered in mould, the stairs are rickety and broken, the smell from the room is undistinguishable, the so called manager was rude, first tried to charge us the city tax for children (for which it isn’t applicable) and only wanted cash. Do yourself a favour and stay very far away.

Without even welcoming us, the hotel manager asked to pay upfront just in cash, with no other option- and not even asking for the guest’s registration and identification of the persons. This is outright unlawful under the Belgian law.

The behaviour seemed so strange and we definitely felt unsafe- so we- 2 families with guys under 18, asked to at least drop the baggages, see the room, and then paying.

The guy did non accept our request and didn’t want to give us the rooms anymore.

We had to call the police.

We had to find another hotel. The hotel manager wanted to keep the money from the debit card, and we had to pay for another hotel for the night!

Am Tag unserer Abreise war unser Gepäck in einem separaten Raum untergebracht. Als wir es abholen wollten, war die Person mit dem Schlüssel weg. Nach ca 6 Stunden hatten wir endlich unser Gepäck. Obwohl angegeben, gab es kein Frühstück. Fazit: Dieses "Hotel" auf jeden Fall meiden.
