The most historic hotel in Bruges with an indoor garden, sauna, steam room and gym.

This family-run hotel, managed by Betty, a very welcoming Francophile, is housed in a ^16th-century building, where even the fireplace in the lounge is period. There's a choice of eight different types of room, all furnished in the old-fashioned style with chandeliers and wood panelling, and varying in size. The breakfast room, with its high ceilings, large mirrors and marble, is princely. A sauna, hammam and gym are hidden away in a pretty French-style interior garden adorned with a fountain. All in all, it's a beautiful symbiosis of charm, history and conviviality.

Mooi hotel op een rustige maar perfecte locatie om Brugge te bezoeken! :-)
Fijne, persoonlijke ontvangst.

Jan Brito is a beautiful hotel if of course you are a fun of this 16th century architecture. The location is perfect to move around on foot an see everything also close to bus stop for bus 1, 2 & the shuttle bus. Our room (nr 28) was very warm and cozy despite the fact that it was extremely small. The only problem was the bathroom. TOO Close to the bed and with a glass door from which your partner can SEE & HEAR EVERYTHING. This is not good I am telling this with good intentions. Also a carpet on the floor would be nice.

Wunderschönes, zentral gelegenes Gebäude. Historisches und Modernes ist sehr gut kombiniert. Das "Kaminzimmer" zum Beispiel war ein toller, gemütlicher, wunderschön weihnachtlich dekorierter Raum, wo man in Ruhe spielen, lesen, etwas trinken konnte - aber nichts trinken musste. Der Service war für mich angenehm zurückhaltend, manche empfinden ihn vielleicht als zu wenig. Mir passte es, z.B. nicht mehrfach gefragt zu werden, ob man noch was trinken will, aber zu wissen, wenn ich nachfrage, ist gleich jemand da. Es kam sehr viel Ruhe dadurch hinein, mir gefiel das. Apropos Ruhe: auch Zimmer zur Strasse sind ruhig. Veganes Joghurt und vegane Milchoptionen sind nicht generell beim Frühstück dabei, das hatte ich aber im Vorfeld abgeklärt und es war für uns vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Preise sind an den verschiedenen Wochentagen ggf. unterschiedlich, wer sparen möchte, sollte sich das genauer anschauen.
