Absolutely loved our time at the Pand Hotel! The staff were not only charming but also highly professional. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a plethora of choices including made-to-order eggs. Situated in the heart of Bruges, the hotel even provides a private parking option when booked in advance. The only minor inconvenience was maneuvering through the weekend crowds to reach the hotel.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Bruges. If you book early enough you can also get parking, at around £20pd.

It is a member of the group of Small Luxury Hotels and for good reason.
The room we stayed in was stunning, with a view to the rear and the rooftops of town. Very, very quiet.

Well.worth the extra money. (We didn't eat or have breakfast there)

Great hotel in the perfect location. Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff, especially Monica at reception. Recommended some restaurants which were just lovely. Would highly recommend The Pand Hotel for anyone visiting Brugge.

Lovely place! Highly recommended. Kind service, amazing breakfast, cozy rooms. Rooms aren’t the biggest, but that makes complete sense in a historic building as it is. Soundproofing pretty good, unless people are talking loud at the hallway the hotel is very quiet. The hotel has three romantic lounge areas also. We had a great stay with the family!

A quaint and authentic hotel in a perfect location close. Service was impeccable. They even packed us a breakfast to take with us because we had an early train to Strasbourg. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful small hotel for a getaway with you significant other.

Located in the heart of the historical centre of Bruges, you are 5min away from the Market. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the mattress was very soft, so if you prefer harder mattresses this might not do it for you. Finally, the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was magical! Our junior suite was absolutely amazing. I recommend this hotel 10000%. The customer service was outstanding as well. Ask for the Ralph Lauren Junior Suite, you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here during a road trip and this was clearly the best hotel. I had a standard "cozy" room and it was super nice. The toilet was a bit narrow, located between the bath tub and the wall but you can use it for callibration. If your butt is to wide for it do not go up the clock tower...
Our friends had one of the junior suites and it was a lot roomier.
The staff was super friendly and accomedating and the tiny bar was one of my favorite "waiting for our slower friends spot" The omelette at breakfast was a bit over cooked for my taste, but thats a minor thing and people have different tastes. But the guy serving us... Oh my god. It was like someting out of a P. G. Wodehouse novel. A true king of hospitality that made us feel like we had our own english butler. I will definitely stay here next time in Bruges.

I wish I could give this hotel a flawless review, I really do. However, the last of our two nights was interrupted by noisy neighbors. Apparently, the hotel had, despite their own policy, let a pair of children stay unsupervised in the room next to us. At 1am I had enough of the screaming and jumping on the floor(?!), and knocked on the door of the offending parties and made a big shushing sound. This however, did not deter the insufferable behaviour and at 1:30am I called the reception. The porter apologised and came up to put a stop to the disturbance, but from the sound of the knocking and lack of sound from any talking (the walls carry sound incredibly well in this hotel), I can only assume the kids next door kept quiet and waited for him to leave again. Shortly thereafter, the sounds of playing and shouting was heard through the wall again. In the end, I didn't fall asleep until well after 3am.
The next day, during checkout, I spoke to the porter about the previous night, and he said he'd seen a notice about it and once again apologised. In the next breath, he put forward the card machine and asked me to pay for the previous day's breakfast.
This would all have been forgotten and fine, had he just offered to comp one (or even both) of our breakfasts, but all we got for the ruined night's sleep because of letting children stay unsupervised in a room (again, against hotel policy) was an apology.
Truly, a black mark on an otherwise wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in an even more beautiful city.

Went to The Pand Hotel whilst staying in Bruges. This place is definitely an experience in itself. The building is super old and gives a very authentic experience to staying in the historic town. The rooms themselves are small but that comes with this style of place. Not that you need anything more because it’s just a place to rest when your not out and about. Location wise it’s amazing. Staff are brilliant and super helpful. All in all really great experience. Would recommend.

I really wanted to like this hotel located on a quiet street in Brugges (just on the fringe of the tourist section). But the woman who checked us in was one of the least friendly or helpful people we met in the hotel industry. Any request we made, whether it was to have maid service when we planned to be out for lunch or a request for a modestly late checkout was met a disgruntled look and then argument about why that wasn't possible in a hotel like theirs.
We had just traveled to Brugges from Munich. As you can read from my review of my hotel stay there, they treated us and all guests incredibly graciously. We also received that same high-level of care during our stay in Ghent last night.
As for the Pand Hotel itself, it's not bad. We stayed in the "master suite". As you can see, it's a little dated and older people should be aware of the spiral staircase. The a/c is on the noisy side and you can hear it cycle on and off throughout the night. These things are relatively minor however, when compared to the unfriendliness at the front desk. I thought the owners of the Pand would like to know.

Joli petit hôtel, très bien situé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Les junior suites sont belles avec baignoire jacuzzi et beaux meubles anciens
De plus l’hôtel bénéficie d’une prise de recharge pour voiture électrique
