HISTORIUM
Historium Brugge, with an immersive attraction on the Grote Markt that takes you back to the city's golden age.
How did the people of Bruges live in the Middle Ages? This immersive attraction on the Grand Place takes you back to the golden age of the canal city. Several attractions are available.
The visit. A real entertainment rather than a classic museum. A voice guides you from room to room, immersing you in a true-to-life setting. You're in the middle of a film about a love story from the time of the genius painter Jan van Eyck, when he painted The Virgin to Canon van der Paele. The magic happens thanks to the music, images and special effects, which are particularly suitable for the whole family. All the senses are involved: hearing, sight, smell and touch! At the end of the tour, you'll enter more traditional but highly interactive museum rooms, as well as a panoramic terrace overlooking the Grand Place.
Virtual reality simulation. Don't hesitate to take this option with your ticket: the immersion with the headset is spectacular. You'll be thrilled by the bird's-eye view of the city!
The Historium tower. You'll have to be patient, as the single staircase with a traffic light can be a bit long, but the wait is well worth it. From the top of the 35-metre-high neo-Gothic tower, you can see the whole of the Grand Place and the belfry at a glance! You won't regret your patience.
The Duvelorium. The beer bar where Duvel is the star is highly recommended for a break with a breathtaking view from the terrace.

Ne pas rater la terrasse panoramique et sa superbe vue même si celle-ci est un peu gâchée par la réfection du bâriment voisin.
