Epicureans, here's one of your temples right in the middle of Bruges' shopping street! The black diamond is, of course, the truffle (the mushroom, not the chocolate), worked in all sorts of ways (fresh, in sauce, butter, oil, salt...), which is one of the store's specialties. Alongside the precious truffle, you'll find a host of other goodies, including honey, condiments, tapenades, sweet and savoury cookies, wine, jams, liqueurs and gins... the list is long and by no means exhaustive, a true gourmet paradise.
