A chocolate factory founded in 1992 where everything is homemade: behind the counter, the fully-glazed workshop lets you watch the chocolatier at work. Alongside pralines (try those with caramel and Portuguese salt!), you'll find chocolate bars with Piedmont hazelnuts, mendiants, truffles and even chocolates in the shape of dinosaurs! If the weather's fine, why not take advantage of the little terrace at the far end of the store, behind the workshop: what more could you ask for than a coffee, a good piece of chocolate and a view of the canals?
