A family affair dating back to 1957! The store has been handed down from generation to generation. It wasn't until 1972, however, that the shop became a fully-fledged cheese dairy. After training with the best in France, the current owner, Carl Top-Verduyn, was determined to bring the savoir-faire of French cheeses back to his native Belgium. Today, he is in charge of maturing the cheeses, while his wife creates tasty preparations. A quality address!
