Enter a world where comfort and zenitude are the watchwords. After a few steps over a pool, you're seated in the restaurant, with its contemporary, natural decor, or on the terrace. Chef Cédric Sorton, originally from Dunkirk, recently took over this fine address with his wife Marine, who works the dining room. His cuisine is based on fresh, local produce (fish and vegetables, among others), in season and original in its marriage of flavors and presentation. A lover of peppers, the chef is an ace seasoner.
