This chain specialized in bagels has been implanted across the country. It is interesting to go, not for the frame (rather sober and impersonal) but to try different kinds of bagels. Beware, check your order is complete before you leave the shop.I put in an order online, when I got home I realized one item , a cinnamon roll was missing. I phone the shop, they told me they had put it in when I assured they hadn’t , the attendant told me to wait and after a while they hung up.Terrible customer service and deceitful as I paid for an item I did not receive. First and last time I use them

Can you imagine what it’s like to not know what a scrambled egg is and then lie to me cuz u don’t know the difference lol, and to be so stingy with cream cheese that you act like it comes out of your paycheck these people don’t imagine, they know. I tried to buy extra cream cheese and then the lady ignored it and when I asked she tells me I should have asked for extra extra cream cheese lol I don’t even need to post a pic y’all know how people are and I’m not the only one on here obviously with this complaint. This kind of service makes it not worth going to anymore so congrats

the brisket breakfast sandwich is the best, and so is the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. that is all i ever get. my work buddies each get other type of sandwiches like the American etc and they all loved their choices..
