Now with locations in Santa Monica and Culver City, this gourmet pub is best known for the incredible burger it started out with in Downtown Los Angeles. Made with caramelized onions, bacon, Gruyère, Maytag - a blue cheese produced in Iowa - and arugula, it's to die for, no exaggeration! In addition to this fabulous sandwich, Father's Office offers a varied menu, from duck confit salad to lamb kebabs and chicharrones.

This place is great. Great food, service, drinks. The music is loud but I'm old, the younger folks seem to enjoy it.
Overall, I'll be back to have a martini and chicharones!

TBH I love this burger, always have always will. However, this is the first and last time I’ll ever order it for delivery!! If I hadn’t already had it in person a thousand times I’d have been very unimpressed by the execution. The food was still warm when it arrived, but the bottom bun was completely soaked through to the point of disintegration. Maybe this wouldn’t bother anyone, but it ruined the functionality of eating it as a burger. The shoe string fries (which I always LOVE in person) were also pretty solidified and chewy by the time they arrived. Love love love this place, I recommend it to all of my friends visiting LA, but definitely skip getting this place (or at least the burger and fries) delivered. Trust me!! You’ll thank me when you make the drive to eat there in person :)

Overrated, overpriced, just a decent burger. They won’t let you change any toppings ( I have an allergy to mustard) just a very LA wait in line for the trendy thing kind of place. On top of that they have a bunch of overpriced stouts that they “aged”… go to In-N-Out this place is nothing special.

Good food and fast service. Music selection was a bit questionable at Times or a bit too loud on a few tracks.

Ordered a burger, Brussels sprouts, bone marrow, and deviled eggs to share. Burger was done medium rare and this was a mistake. Not that the flavor was off, but a medium rare burger is far too soft, the texture of the entire thing was just mush overall and I didn't feel like I was actually eating a burger, I could have gummed the whole thing. I would have preferred medium at least but it wasn't my call, so I won't hold it against them. Although it would have been nice if they could have mentioned this somehow, that it would just end up lacking any texture.

Brussels sprouts were Both what is expected, small but whole with a tiny bit of smoky char. Nothing exceptional but tasty.

Not a huge bone marrow guy (it's just oil and fat...) so no comment. Deviled eggs had a touch of spice and a bold flavor which I really liked.

I had an old fashioned to drink (felt appropriate for the locale) and it was refreshing with good citrus flavor without being too bitter.
