Now with locations in Santa Monica and Culver City, this gourmet pub is best known for the incredible burger it started out with in Downtown Los Angeles. Made with caramelized onions, bacon, Gruyère, Maytag - a blue cheese produced in Iowa - and arugula, it's to die for, no exaggeration! In addition to this fabulous sandwich, Father's Office offers a varied menu, from duck confit salad to lamb kebabs and chicharrones.

I came here on a Wednesday night. I used to frequent the FO in Culver City and lived near the Santa Monica location. This DTLA has a different vibe, definitely more chill, at least the night I was there. The burger is still arguably the best tasting burger in LA. The fries are delicious. The beer and drink menu are top quality. Parking stinks as it does with all places in the area as your options are street meter and reduced rate structure next door.

What can I say… their famous burger is to die for. Cooked to a perfect mid rare, caramelized onions that add the perfect sweetness, and arugula to top it to give it the perfect peppery bitterness. So darn good! Beer selection is amazing. They used to be the place with the craziest selection but there’s definitely better places now. All my other items were just okay. Definitely just go for the burger and beer. Also don’t forget! They don’t do ketchup :)

Underrated spot with an awesome Burger. The chicharrones are great for a group, and the devil eggs are really good. Their drink selection is wide and really good.

Amazing place. Bartender Delmy was very attentive, fast and professional. The burger here is a chefs kiss.
