Now with locations in Santa Monica and Culver City, this gourmet pub is best known for the incredible burger it started out with in Downtown Los Angeles. Made with caramelized onions, bacon, Gruyère, Maytag - a blue cheese produced in Iowa - and arugula, it's to die for, no exaggeration! In addition to this fabulous sandwich, Father's Office offers a varied menu, from duck confit salad to lamb kebabs and chicharrones.

Overrated and overpriced. $19 for a burger?! It’s not even a burger, it’s a sandwich. Those stars are only for fries. And also the restaurant was so cold inside.

Didn't really like the bone marrow ???? so disappointed because that's what drew me here. But the pork belly al pastor and deviled eggs were marvelous. Drinks are kinda overpriced
The four of us had the typical food poisoning symptoms; diarrhea, vomiting, cramping, headaches, bloating, etc. Since we visited the restaurant on a Friday night, we all spent the weekend in bed. I felt okay by Saturday night, but two of our friends were still sick on Sunday.
We get it. Things happen. What's really disturbing is how Father's Office handled the situation. We attempted to call the restaurant, in order to inform them of the illnesses. After all, 4 people getting sick after eating the same appetizer can't be a coincidence. It took 48 hours before someone even answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager, and the gentleman responded, " I am the manager". When I explained how we were all experiencing foodborne illness symptoms he backtracked and said, " I'm actually not the manager. The General Manager and Chef are both out.... But I can take a message they will call you back." We are still waiting for that call....
We sent an email to their restaurant, and the Office Manager responded after 4 days. She insinuated that what we said wasn't true, and was very condescending. She then told us that we needed to go have medical testing done, so that she could pass the blame onto the food supplier.
After spending $400 on our meals, just to get food food poisoning, and then to be given such response is ridiculous. We won't be returning again.
