A lot of people, a lot of noise, the atmosphere is very friendly. You can dine in one of the rooms, at the bar or on the terrace overlooking the marina. The large number of tables makes it possible to accommodate all the fine palates in search of new flavours. Salads, pizzas and especially cheesecakes generously drizzled with whipped cream are offered here. Don't miss the delicious white chocolate raspberry truffle. You will wait, but the service is remarkably well organized. Be careful, the cheesecakes are gargantuan!

I have been a patron of The Cheesecake Factory for at least 20 years, drawn by its mission to be a leader in experiential dining. Regrettably, my latest visit fell short of this promise.
Planning for a special evening, I chose The Cheesecake Factory in Marina Del Rey, anticipating a delightful dinner against the backdrop of a stunning sunset. While the view lived up to expectations, the dining experience itself was deeply lacking, prompting me to recommend that guests and food enthusiasts consider alternative venues.
The evening began on a sour note with the parking staff aggressively soliciting payment, reminiscent of a scene from a clichéd New York film. This was only the start of what would become a series of disappointments. The service mirrored that of a fast-food establishment, a stark contrast to what one would expect from The Cheesecake Factory. It appeared that our server might not have been adequately trained to provide the expected level of dining experience.
Following the standard protocol, we ordered drinks and, upon our server’s recommendation, decided to try an appetizer. An hour passed without any sign of our entrees, during which our server hurriedly attended to our table, hastily replacing my drink and removing the appetizer without offering us the opportunity to order our main course. This lack of attention was not only frustrating but also indicative of a broader issue with the service quality.
Furthermore, the food, when it finally arrived after a distressing wait of an hour and a half, was far from satisfactory. The spicy vodka rigatoni was overwhelmingly seasoned with cayenne pepper, rendering it inedible. Dishearteningly, even after expressing our concerns to the manager, Ryan, no satisfactory resolution was offered. Our server, Sylvia, seemed unprepared to navigate us through a seamless dining experience, which significantly diminished our evening.
Most disappointingly, the culmination of these service failures meant forgoing the very item we had come for - cheesecake. This visit was not only a letdown but also a lost opportunity to celebrate an evening out.

First off parking is limited and valet only, so be prepared. If you miss the turn into the restaurant you will have to go a bit up road and circle back. Once inside it’s good. If the weather is nice definitely sit on the patio outside. Located right on the marina it’s definitely nice air and some views. Food is pretty standard and everything came to table hot. Obviously the cheesecake never disappoints. I came here for date night and had an ok time

Seul petit bémol mais c est partout au USA les gens parlent vraiment trop fort à table. C'est très bruyants.

Great spot in the Marina.. Prices and service fit the location. Always recommend The Cheesecake Factory for a date night with your Boo..
We each ordered an entrée but barely ate any because we were so full from our appetizers. We will eat the
Unfortunately, when we walked over to let the manager, Maria, know what great service our waiter provided, from 2 feet away, she directed him to tell us to wait ....after a couple of minutes of waiting we left.
