His situation is such that we want to stop there. Facing the ocean, slightly behind the hill, the place breathes strength, just from the angle of these two places to magic names: Sunset Boulevard and Pacific Palisades. Considered to be one of the most famous restaurants of the entire coast. American classic kitchen, fish and seafood.

Somewhat overpriced dishes. But I get it. It is - Los Angeles. Everything is expensive here. I got oysters- the smallest ever I had seen and way not too fresh… so no that next time. Soup - was tasty but portion was small that makes you regret you even paid for it. View is great! Location is great. Owner is very down to earth and welcoming. Parking. When we got there and told them we her to eat we were charged 15$. If we were just enjoying the view then 7$. So a a tip - do not say you are for the restaurant. Enjoy few minutes the view and the go to eat ;). After taking to the owner he said it is set by the city. So the question - how stupid the clerk is to charge the people that will spend 100$+ to eat and pay taxes as well as the restaurant? They should cherish the business as it brings cash flow and money by paying taxes but not choking them and visitor double price for parking. I was very angry to find out that some people that came to look at ocean and brought no profit to the city had to pay less then us supporting restaurant and workers there. Shame on the stupid clerk!!! Stop smoking pot before creating laws!

I enjoyed my burger despite its slightly high price, thanks to the magnificent view, which made my wife happy. However, towards the end of our meal, our server Seth, a great guy, seemed to have had an accident in his pants (I'd say number two, judging by the smell). Thankfully, another server took over, and everything ended well, but it was still unprofessional. Overall, the restaurant is good, and I would recommend it!

I ordered a ribeye steak. What I received was a tuff overcook ny strip. Request a change in veggies didn't receive it, then brought out the correct sides cold and almost inedible. Will never return!!

My family and I have been coming here for years and they recently went through some changes. As you can tell the quality has changed significantly. The breakfast here is dry, bland with no flavor. Our clam chowder was missing the clam. Our fish and chip batter was extremely soggy squirting out with grease. The best thing we had was the Mac and cheese and the sour dough bread. Our waitress “forgot” that we hadn’t ordered and had us waiting over 30 minutes to order food. Gladstone is no where near the same anymore. Drinks from the bar remain great and the view. Very disappointed.
