This restaurant, famous for its Japanese and continental cuisine, is also known for the beauty of its surroundings. Along the Hollywood hills, it faces the city (side Westside). Its authentic th-century pagoda imported from Japan is the centrepiece surrounded by a unique set of pools and waterfalls.

Great atmosphere. A bit busy.

Uno dei miglior sushi mai mangiati. Locale curato e personale gentile. Sushi di altissima qualità. Consigliato anche per l’atmosfera e il panorama magico la sera.

For tourists seeking an unforgettable experience, look no further than this gem boasting a mesmerizing view of the Los Angeles skyline. Nestled in Japanese-style architecture, it marries the essence of tradition with contemporary allure. But it's not just about the vista; the Asian fusion cuisine served here is a revelation. From tantalizing sushi to delectable bao buns, each dish is a harmonious blend of flavors. And let's not forget the cocktails – expertly crafted libations that perfectly complement the culinary journey. An oasis where ambiance, cuisine, and skyline converge, leaving you with memories to savor long after the last sip.

Every time in LA, we visit this place. The view is amazing, food is even better.

Everyone should definitely go here once for the views alone. It's a beautiful 110 year old restaurant that has a lot of character. Came with here my clients and we got seated outside. It was a bit chilly that night, but they had a bunch of heaters, so it was fine. Having the whole view of the city is a great backdrop and when you walk inside to go to the bathroom, bring your camera as there is a beautiful pond/garden as you walk there. Food was pretty good; I ordered the tonkatsu and the portion was large and filling. Be careful if you're driving there, the one-way road up and down is very steep and narrow - we ubered it there.
